laws. In fact to maintain our CPA license it is a requirement to have 24-hours of tax related continuing education every three years.
We provide tax preparation services, planning, consulting, and IRS audit representation. We work with almost every type of entity -- individuals, LLCs, partnerships, C- and S-corporations, estates, trusts and non-profit agencies.
We are also an authorized electronic filing provider for the IRS and various states including Ohio.
Payroll Tax
We prepare quarterly and/or year end returns for clients who process their own payrolls. Reports include employer withholding reports, W2s and 1099.
